IQF Freezers

The CFTech IQF is specially designed using Artic flow with bottom impingement technology or full impingement technology. It reduces the total running cost and assist maximum running hours. The machine is fully automated with Siemens' PLC and HMI and is self-optimized to maintain its cabin temperature. If by any reason temperature rise above the set value the conveyor speed is reduced by percentage and an alarm is triggered which avoids non freezing of products. The machine is embedded with Thermofin made evaporator coils imported from Germany , mounted and isolated inside DC panels imported from Denmark , the conveyors being Intralox, USA or Scan belt, Denmark and Costacurta, Italy.The total unique design of our IQF makes sure to maintain the Quality and appearance of the processed products.

Tunnel Freezer

The tunnel freezer operates with the very effective and fast principle of impingement airflow. This is based on the intelligent airflow made by CFtech and freezes the products with rapid speed. The air is directed from a pressure chamber through small nozzle outlets on the top and bottom of the product.

Spirals

CFtech Spiralfreezer operates based on the energy saving principal of horizontal airflow. The intelligent airflow made by CFtech guarantees especially quick freezing and ensures the best product quality with the lowest loss of liquid after thawing as well as the lowest freezing cost per kg of product with optimum weight yield.

Double Belt Freezer

The Double Belt Tunnel is for individual quick-freezing of small prod­ucts such as shrimps, small fish, squid rings and various other items. On the two plastic modular belts on top of each other, the products are led past the high velocity airflow called Horizontal Flow, which blows the air across the belt over and under the products.

Triple Belt Freezer

The Triple Belt Freezer offers great flexibility as the freezer can be used for a huge variety of products. On the three plastic modular belts, one on top of each other, the products are led past the high velocity airflow called Horizontal Flow, which blows the air across the belt over and under the products, past the products.
